Those who are lovers of observation, also have in Buseu a place to enjoy live and in person. We offer from the terrace, the observation of scavenger birds, which depending on the time of year can be observed the 4 vultures of Europe: common vulture, black vulture, aufrany and vulture, coinciding with the day that put food in the manure, being able to be 3-4 hours watching them. And for those who have more time, we also offer itineraries around Buseu, to be able to observe other birds typical of the pre-Pyrenees, accompanied by an expert guide.

It is a matter of observing from the terrace of the Buseu facilities the impressive movement of scavengers when food is put on them. We put at your disposal a long-sighted spectacle to be able to observe the birds in more detail. As it must coincide with the day the food is served, Buseu must be contacted in advance. Once contacted, the day, place and time for the event are agreed. It is an activity aimed at any type of audience, groups, friends, families … who want to see a unique show. You can see: common vulture, black vulture, egyptian vulture (from March to September), bearded vulture (of all ages), red kite, black kite, golden eagle, …

The journey to Buseu, which can be done with any car, as the road is paved, is at the customer’s expense. Throughout the session there is an expert guide who will help you identify and explain. It is recommended to bring binoculars for observation, as you will be about 500 meters from the landfill. Mountain shoes.

For those who want to enjoy the observation knowing the environment, we offer guided itineraries with an expert ornithologist, between 3 and 5 hours of low-medium difficulty, touring different environments between 1,300 – 1800 meters above sea level.
